Mobility Access to Hi-Top
After trying various step and ramp ideas I've come across a 12v Powerstep vertical lift which rises to a max of 600mm and has a built-in hand hold which does away with needing handrails fitted by the sliding door.
Has anyone used one of these as they are around £1800 to buy new ?
Is there a likely source of nearly new ones at less cost ?

Terry,
If it's not for sale on eBay then it probably doesn't exist!
Best of luck.

Hi-top access
I've located a 7/8year old Powerstep in Essex at a very good price, however as we've never seen one in the flesh it's a big risk buying something blind only to find out there's an unforeseen problem.
We'll find out where we can get a demo and then take it from there, at £1800 a go (new) its not something to rush into but it does seem to be what we're looking for.
Thanks for the interest.

Hi Terry,
Even though, looking at anything for anyone else, is an area where "Angels fear to tread", being an 'Essex Boy' is it worth me having a 'Butchers' ??
PM me if you like !!
Brian
