Remis skylight
We took our Neuvo away for a few days after the winter layup and noticed that the Remis skylight has become badly misted, a bit like a failed double glazed unit. There's no obvious sign of damage. I'm finding it pretty difficult to get anything more than basic operational information on these units. Can I ask if anyone else had this issue occur or is there a means of resolving the "problem"?

That's not normal. Certainly looks as if its failed. Suggest you contact dealer to submit a warranty claim.

Not normal. Mine is 12 years old and still clear enough to stargaze through.

Re: Remis skylight
Thanks guys, we're still getting used to having our first Motorhome so things that would be second nature to most of you is a learning experience for us. We saw a bit of misting before laying up for winter but assumed it was on the outside. It's much worse now so I'll be phoning the dealer about it. Although we've never had it open (beyond trying it to ensure it worked during handover), I fully expect to get the, "it must have been damaged by you" routine though

Re: Remis skylight
I've had a bit of light misting on the side windows, cured by unscrewing the stays, hooking the windows out and leaning them upside down for a few hours on the seat benches, preferably on a warm day.
But never had the skylight mist up.

I did wonder about the small plugs (one is visible centre right of the photo), they appear to be removeable. Perhaps I will get my trusty 2lb hammer out to fix it

Re: Remis skylight
You very gently take out the little plugs until the window has dried out then replace plugs, preferably when the sun is out.

Re: Remis skylight
If it has misted this quickly there must be a fault allowing moisture in so just get it changed under warranty. Otherwise it will just keep doing it.
