Good Evening
Hello everyone - my name is Brian and I have recently acquired a 1999 Symbol 2.0 Petrol van on the Boxer 270M base vehicle - I have been motorhoming for a good few years, initially hiring for annual hols then purchased once retired from work - previous vehicles have been larger Swift coachbuilt models but have now "downsized" due to a family health situation - I plan to use the Symbol primarily for fishing trips, either solo or with my son, and occasionally as a "day vehicle" to spend a few hours in the country or by the sea etc. as the vehicle is (like myself) a little long in the tooth I expect to need to do a few maintenance jobs and minor improvements, and am looking forward to getting "hands on" experience, however with no previous AS background I suspect I may need to seek some advice and tips from other owners, hence my decision to join the Club and sign up for this Forum ..... All I need to do now is work out how to use it!!
Regards to all

Welcome from Selsdon. I am sure you will enjoy your van. The forum has lots of knowledge. Long in the tooth? Merely middle aged I would say.
