Bought an Auto-Sleeper today!
Hi, All.
Bought our first motor home today, a VW Auto-Sleeper Clubman GL 2.4D, and should be driving it off the dealer's forecourt in 3 to 4 weeks. It is a 2000 reg. vehicle with under 32,000 miles on the clock. I'll let you know how it's going then........!
Cheers,
AndyPK

Start saving Tesco tokens and by next summer you will have enough for a free crossing to France.
After that you will never look back. Motorhoming in this country is good, but much much better in France where you are welcomed, not kept out with height barriers.
Welcome to the club.

Hi Andy, congrats on your purchase of a Clubman. We have the same model, just a bit older than yours but we love it. I'm sure you'll get lots of fun out of her and plenty of help, advice ind useful info from the forum as well.

Hi Andy
Seems that we were both propping up the economy on Saturday!
Bet you can't wait for yours. Guessing it's from Wellsbridge...nice place in the country... we viewed their Legend but miles were quite high.
Our day was quite exciting....the van was in such good condition that we transferred the money and drove it 125 miles home!
Enjoy your AS when you get it....there's lot's to learn...took me ages to work out which key was what yesterday!
Cheers

Once we worked ours out, Dave colour coded the keys with those little plastic key caps, and little coloured insulation tape markers by each lockFirms wrote:
