The wheel wrench looks like one of the extending type, that's worth the fiver alone and a bulb kit will cost you another fiver. Plus triangle, hi-viz vest, torch and first aid kit

Is the satellite kit any good ... £20 is stupidly cheap. The problem with B&Q is that most things that are seriously cheap are useless.

Thanks for the heads up though on the face of it bargains!
