Input to audio system
Whilst I can find several output sockets for sound on my Nuevo I can't find an input. Does anyone know if I can play the TV sound back through the built in speakers on the van
Thanks

Re: Input to audio system
Hi
I've never actually seen the audio system in the Nuevo but from an earlier thread it seems it hasn't got an input.

I have one of these little beasties for listening to TV sound on an FM radio (just needs a headphone socket on the TV):

The quality is not fantastic but OK for TV sound. Occasionally it's a little awkward to find a blank FM channel but 99.9%% of the time it's fine.

Re: Input to audio system
There is an audio jack-plug input to my 2015 Nuevo's sound system. It's in the central glove box, but it's on the ceiling of the box, about 2 inches in. It's well-nigh invisible unless you're on your knees! [there are 2 sockets, in fact - one jackplug and one USB.] I use it to play items from an iPod and iPhone us ing a cable which has a male jackplug at each end. Works fine through the speakers throughout the MH. Just set the radio to Media, and Aux Input. And it doesn't suffer from the 20-minutes-and-I'm-turning-myself-off bedevillment! So it will likewise work on a TV, taking the feed from its headphones socket.

Thanks for your help Brodco and Cymro. I discovered the USB one day by accident so will look for the audio input.

Our Avtex TV can transmit an FM signal to the van radio but its not very good fidelity. Chris got the Bluetooth speaker above to work with her Ipad in the kitchen but it also has a cable input. Plugged into the headphone socket on the van TV it is superb.
