Broadway EL 2009 Shower Tray
Very pleased with our AS Broadway. The only thing we are unsure about is the shower tray flexes when walked on. The tray is not cracked/split at all. Perhaps some kind member can tell us if this is ok or should we be having something done about it before any cracks or faults appear. This is our sixth m/hme in twenty years of this fabulous way of life of ours, and the first with a whole shower room floor base.
Safe travels to us all.

Re: Broadway EL 2009 Shower Tray
Ours is a 2010 Broadway EL and the bathroom / toilet floor also flexes as you step or move around on it, our previous Nuevo bathroom floor was much firmer and I was concerned about this initially but it doesnt seem to have suffered in anyway.
The plastic in these bathrooms is paper thin and the floor areas and hand basins should be reinforced and made much stronger, at the moment you can get parts as they still fit these bathrooms in current models, but a few yrs down the road thats not going to be the case.
I really dont understand why the first time owners dont get these issues looked at and rectified under warranty, if i purchased new id expect everything to be perfect.
Out of interest do you get any water in your habitation door? at the base of ours is roughly an inch gap in the black rubber seal, while traveling in the rain water wicks in through the hole and absolutely drenches the step mat! its on the list for Marquis to sort along with a few other niggles.
