p4 heater
Hi
My 1998 Symbol P4 blown air heater stopped working.
It purges fine, starts to get warm then switches to red light, no flashing.
Gas fine, battery fine, vents cleaned.
Is it worth disconnecting the power to the unit to see if it resets.
Any ideas please.
Thanks
Frank

Re: p4 heater
Removing power would just be like switching it off
Steady red in handbook says
Air in gas supply
No gas supply
Incorrect gas pressure
Or control failure
I would check gas bottle and regulator and hose also check you haven't switched gas supply off by accident in cupboard under sink

Re: p4 heater
Hi
I have a new gas bottle on. All taps are on. Pipes are good. Regulator is new.
I guess I will have to find someone who knows how to repair them.
Always difficult as I live around Heathrow and there is nothing about here.
Thanks
