New Members - 1975 Bedford CF250 Autosleeper

Hello!
We are Matt & Lisa, the proud owners of a 1975 Bedford CF Autosleeper named Bertie!
After an epic journey from Northern Ireland, he now lives with us in London.
I wanted to join the forum as the interior is all the original autosleeper and thought it would be nice to share with fellow enthusiasts and have as a point of reference for anyone restoring a similar van!
We are planning to restore little bits and pieces, but keeping it as original as we can. I will post a few more detailed photos later on if anyone is interested in having a nose around!

There are a couple of members restoring Bedfords, I think both are coachbuilts but I could be wrong. Anyway Bertie looks great from the outside, look forward to seeing the inside.

Welcome to the forum. There are still a few of these vans around. Bertie looks in good nick from the photo, but I am sure you will enjoy working on the van.
If you are not aware there are suppliers who can fix you up with CF parts, think one is call the VX/490 club

I remember reading about the converted Bedford in MMM years ago (we had a CI Bedford at the time)- my husband and I were thrilled to see it driving through Bangor, Gwynedd a few years after it had been featured in MMM. Welcome to the forum
