Leisure battery
Hi all
We have a Harmony Auto sleeper on a Peugeot Boxer, can anybody tell me if the leisure battery as well as being charged by the alternator when running is also being charged when hooked up to mains
Many thanks
Ken

Re: Leisure battery
Yes the leisure battery will be charged when on hookup.
However you must make sure the charger is switched on for this to happen. (left hand cupboard O/S at the back on mine)

Just a word of caution, don't start the engine with the hookup lead connected and on the mains.

Hi
Err why? (apart from the fact that you might drive off with the hookup still attached)

You can blow a fuse, a friend with a Symbol 2000 petrol has done that.
