Sill replacement on Symbol. Empty Sill replacement on Symbol.

It seems as though I've a new  issue every 5 minutes!
This time it's the sill on my Symbnol (2003)
They're starting to look shabby with some rust starting to appear on the edges.
It's been bodged previously with soam bad patching so now I'd like to put new sills on both sides.
For every bodyworks I call I get differernt opinions.
Has anyone out there iver had their sil replaced?
Thanks

I had new sills on a vehicle a few years ago (surprised they are bad on your symbol as the pugs are pretty solid), and the guy who did it said the thing to be careful of is the companies who just put a new sill over the top of the old one - he cut the old sills out and welded in new and then waxoyled the insides. Wish i was in contact with him still after my Duetto welding rip off after MOT failure!
