Hi, just wanted to introduce myself. After much thought I recently decided to purchase a 54 reg Autosleeper Symbol, it’s the ES version (2.2 HDI) as I wanted four travelling seats. The ‘van will be used mostly to carry four of us into Europe a couple of times a year and me and the pooch on the ad hoc camping trip.

I don’t collect it for another week or so (MOT, habitation check, service and I insisted on a cam belt change). Extra items fitted so far is a FIAMMA 320 box and a reversing/rear view camera.

Much good information on this site, I’m sure I’ll have lots of newbie questions as time progresses, although using the search facility many have already been answered.

Thanks Boaby, we have the cool, along with overcast and damp. Just the weather for sitting by the computer planning a nice trip away beachball

Welcome from a slightly warmer Leicestershire, perhaps its just the lack of wind. You can't get enough Symbols on the forum. wave
