Freeview on an i-Pad
Noovo TVman Mobile Freeview TV Box.
Saw this in the latest Caravan Club magazine and bought one from Amazon at half the advertised price.
Got my son to help me set it up on his 'spare' i-Pad (spare i-Pad ...... !?*&^% ) and happily watched Freeview on Southsea seafront yesterday lunchtime.
Comes with a selection of charging leads and although it has a dinky extending aerial it also has a fly-lead to a co-axial for a roof top aerial.
It's about the size of an i-phone, whatever that is ????? !

Not bought one myself, but if anyone's interested it is a couple of quid cheaper (£57.99 plus £1.99 shipping) direct on the supplier's own web site.

Oooooh! Very tempted!!!!
With the Avtex on Astra 2 and the iPad on this gadget there would be no more arguments about what we watched when in the UK!
Thanks for the Link.
Best regards,

Sorry Steve, looks like mine was the very last one at that price- they're now back to £60 !
Even 'fleabay' don't have any, keep looking, there may be more at that price in future.
Without rubbing it in, being able to get BBC News (amongst loads of other channels) on Southsea seafront with 2 taps on the i-Pad was a revelation.
Maybe Santa might have some ?
