Didn't know A/S fitted those..... thought they were only used on boats and some domestic applications. How come you have two waste tanks?

Re: Waste gulper not working
I've never heard of the gulper before and have never heard of an AS with two grey water tanks. I presume yours has been modified at some time and would be interested to know the detail and why it was done.

Must be a retro fit item, I have a 09 Nuevo ES with a standard grey waste pipe and single waste tank.

Re: Waste gulper not working
I've just realised the OP Nuevo is an end lounge - very rare I think. Maybe when they moved the bathroom and kitchen to the front they left the grey water tank in it's original position at the back and used an intermediate drain tank and gulper as otherwise the shower wouldn't drain - does anyone have any knowledge on this?

RE: Waste Gulper Not Working
I have a 2010 Nuevo EL which has a Whale Gulper 320 Waste pump fitted. When the van was first purchased it was taken back to Marquis to investigate this strange sound, like a washing machine emptying, which occurred when the sink was emptied. They were mystified but on investigation found this pump, which they claimed to have not seen before. I have not had any problems but for future reference it would be interesting to know what form the tank sensor takes

Re: Waste gulper not working
My Motorhome is the Nuevo EL 2009
Which has end bed ,the shower and sink drain into a small whale tank which I have found has a water level sensor which when the level rises this powers the gulper to transfer the waste water to the main tank at the rear of the van
I'm about to go out and change the level sensor as I checked the gulper on a battery and it works
Also ancient mariner yes mine sounded like a washing machine when the gulper was emptying the tank
Regards kevin
