Broadway el duo spotlights not working
Hi club members, this is our first post. We have progressed to a Broadway el duo after many years of caravanning and are a bit gobsmacked with the complexity of it all. We seem to have mastered most of the necessary operations, but can't understand two things. 1. why did the v expensive Avta tv not work with an external lead to the outside port nor directly through the window in a poor reception area, and 2. why don't the spotlights work any more ?? Any ideas guys would be gratefully received as we adore our new motorhome and want to be able to use it to its best. Jan

Can you be more specific about both problems please. Eg what does work on the tv and the circumstances of the spotlight failure.

Re: Broadway el duo spotlights not working
Hi. We recently took delivery of a Burford Duo. We had a fairly complex problem with the L.E.D. spots, too complicated to go into BUT, it all focused on a dimmer switch that for some reason A/S chose to fit. ( we managed very well without one on our Nuevo ). Our dealer, after speaking to A/S, disconnected the dimmer and all is well. Strangely we had the very same problem at home when we had our spots changed to L.E.D, The fitter found out that they are not dimmer switch friendly, disconnected it and again all was well. Good luck.

Hi Peter,
thanks for your reply. I think we will go back to our dealer and hopefully they can sort the problems out. The MH was on sia site and connected to 8 v on display and had mains cable connected. The TV was more complicated so I will ask the dealer, thanks Jan
