That's quite a rare van these days! By coincidence there is a Frisky on Ebay at the moment, in Wilmslow. Though I admit it doesn't match my recollection of a Frisky - I thought they all had a galley kitchen at the back, but this one has a rock&roll bed!

They are getting very rare indeed. I must get a look at the one on ebay, it must be just up today. Looked yesterday and there was none yesterday

Re: Looking for a Frisky
Sorry for getting your hopes up, but actually it seems to be a bit of a mash-up, with different front seats added, and the original fridge replaced with a top-opening coolbox. And the wheel arches look VERY crusty!!
I think it may be an assembly of parts from other vans - I can't recall what A/S called the Ford-based version of the Trooper, but IIRC it wasn't a Frisky - perhaps it was the Talent?
[Edit: No, the Talent seems to be the VW-based one with an interior layout like the Flair - again, rare.]

Re: Looking for a Frisky
Just had a look at it there, I'm a bit of an autosleeper fan and a stickler for originality. I cringe when I see people has painted the wood or painted the outside different or replace the stripes with non AS ones.
I just missed out on one with a blue interior rather than the brown. I'm after one like a harmony layout, with 2 forward facing seats which can turn into a bench as well.

Re: Looking for a Frisky
Hello - do you have a Frisky then? We owned one years ago - and liked it enough that we kept it for 20 years!
Jo280 (the person who started this topic) does still seem to be active, but note that you are quite a long way apart geographically! I don't think either of you will be able to send the other Private Messages yet (neither of you have enough posts on this forum) so probably best to reply here for now rather than trying PMs.
