Hello
Hi everyone. We bought our 1995 Duetto in April last year and have spent eight weeks (five of them in France) away in her so far. I omitted to say "hello" at the time as I feel it is pretentious to write about oneself but being as it is required procedure I suppose it is OK. We have had tents, trailer tents, a folding camper and a caravan in the past and are loving the convenience of the Duetto. Parking up in bad weather knowing that we don't have to go outside at all in order to be fully functional is just great - no water to connect, steadies to put down or pegs to hammer in.

Re: Hello
Hi there and welcome to the forum.
Know what you mean about the convenience; we just travelled down from Yorkshire to Bournemouth and decided to take the caravan. Had to get out at the services into a cold van to make a cuppa, and had to carry the water in a container. Aaaaaaaaargh.
Got to site in Bournemouth, mucked about backing and levelling, cold and muddy, then legs down, then park up the car, then get the water etc etc.
The MH really is great

Re: Hello
Hi and welcome. i agree its so convenient with a motorhome. Those who have a caravan always told us, what do you do when you want to leave your pitch ? that was the only answer for them not having a motorhome. we just leave a table and chairs! no big deal.
regards

Re: Hello
Hi to you and
You are from our favourite part of the world,
Have spent many a week in Looe,
But never in the Duetto (as yet)
Only problem with Looe is the parking (Cost)
Have fun in your Duetto have had ours for about 18 months now and loving every part of her.
How come we all refer to Duettos as "Her"??
Cheers and Happy Motoring
