HELLO!
We are Ian and Fiona, a nearly retired couple who plan to take delivery of a Peugeot Symbol (2000) on 1st October. We've borrowed VW campervans a long time ago for tours of Ireland and Scotland. Now we plan to do a range of trips, from one-night-stops to three week tours of the British Isles. We are trying to Learn a Lot - very quickly! So, we are looking forward to finding out whatever we can, with everyone's help! Happy Times Ahead!

Re: HELLO!
Hello and welcome, Ian and Fiona! We're relative newbies to the forum, but have had campers for a while - first a VW T2 bay, now a T4 Trooper. We love the life and do as you're intending - days/nights out, through to three week tours if we can. We generally do a mix of wild camping (have you discovered this incredibly helpful site? www.wildcamping.co.uk/
which is specifically for MHs) and campsites. So far the longer trips have been through Scotland (we live near Stansted airport)
to Skye, whole south coast of Ireland, Yorkshire Dales, Lakes and up to Galloway and Arran and the whole Cornish coast.
Have lots of fun
