Hello From Brighton
Hi all
Delighted to have found a community that I think will help me get the most out of my recently purchased AutoSleeper. We have been talking about buying a motorhome for a number of years and never quite got to the point of commitment of large sums of money as I think we were not sure how much we'd use it / enjoy it.
But we finally found and feel in love with a 1990 Talbot Express 1000P AutoSleeper Harmony. We love the retro feel to it and want to give it some love and care...although it has been well looked after and mechanically its sound having done only 60,000 miles.
We plan to do a number of UK festivals in the coming weeks - Glastonbury / Secret Garden / Port Merion/ etc. As well as exploring the South Coast and beyond.
I am no mechanic so I would really appreciate the help and advice of those people in the community that I'm sure know a lot more than me about these wonderful vehicles.
I would also like to know where I can locally source spare / new parts / refits / breakers etc ( Brighton area)
Looking forward to being part of this community
Warm regards
Mark
