Just joined....
Having been avid VW T2 owners in the past, we eventually managed to raise our daughter to the point where she doesnt need us anymore ( who am I kidding? ) and get back to what we enjoy most, travelling around with our bed behind us. OK, its a tad bigger than a VW, but we are a bit older now and sliding into a narrow restricted height bed doesn't appeal as much as it did 20 years ago, so after weeks of searching for the right motorhome,we dipped our hands deep in our pockets and bought a new Broadway FB.
We have owned it just over a week and had our first day trip out over the weekend. We used everything apart from the bed, we will be away for the weekend next week to get used to an overnight stay, then a few more weekends away before we spend a fortnight touring around France.
Glad I found this forum, I have a few questions to ask, so expect a few posts from us in the future.

Hi and welcome,we also owned a VW T2 before our A/S,the T2 has charm and that lovely retro look, but at 40 years old a tad uncomfortable, then like you along came our A/S.I hope you enjoy the luxury after the VW like we have..

Re: Just joined....
Thanks everyone for the welcome. Algy, we sold our last VW in 2000 ( the one in my avatar, on a trip around Brittany) In between VW's, we had an old Ford CI Motorhome. Even though it had a "proper" bathroom and the choice of 2 double beds, we still sold it and went back to a VW
But, a few years older and with busier roads, it was time to step up a little. The Broadway was the first new one we went in, and after looking at literally hundreds of other models, both new and used, we came back to the Autosleeper and decided it was the one for us.
