Auto sleeper Rienza.
Hi all.
Unfortunately, we were not able to get out in the van as much as we would have liked to, last summer and winter.
So we thought we would give her a good run up the motorway to blow out the cobwebs.
It was when we went to drive off, that my wife was showered in water coming from the cab roof lining above.
We obviously have a leak, but I cant for the life of me see how it could be coming in.
Have any other owners experienced such a leak, and more to the point, how did you cure it?
Can anyone recommend a good caravan / motorhome company local to Exeter who we could call on to fix the problem, if we are not able to ourselves.
Thank you in anticipation and for reading.
Bill.

Hi Bill
Welcome to the forum from Bridlington, sorry to read about your leak, try Marquis motorhomes Ivybridge 01752 892977 or Martins of Exeter 01392 446250, either dealerships should be able to link you up with bodywork repairers.

Hi Boaby.
Thank you for the welcome, and your kind reply
Also for the recommendations you have made.
I have been trawling the forum for leads.
Found This:
Auto Sleepers Ltd
Orchard Works.
Willersey
Nr Broadway.
WORCS.
WR12 7QF
TEL : 01836 858786.
Spoke to a chap called Mark, very helpful, and very knowledgeable.
Explained our problem to him, and he has suggested a new flip seal around the roof and body joint.
Also to take out the leader lights and re seal those too.
On going maintenance I suppose these things are to be expected, or though not wanted
We were thinking of going up that way for a break soon, so will combine the trip in with the repairs.
Will have the habitation check done as well whilst we are there.
All the joys of the road a ??

Re-Autosleeper Rienza
Hi Bill
I didn't suggest the A/S factory because it wasn't in your area, however Mark and his team will look after you, most of the members on the forum have called into The workshop over the years.
Most members have given them good reviews
The caravans clubs site in Broadway is a good stop over with a couple of good pubs in Willersey doing all Day meals, the New Inn and the top of the village opens for morning coffee and serves a good lunch.

Hi Boaby.
Again, thank you for your help and the information.
She passed her MOT today, straight through.
Will let you know how we get on at the factory.
Just waiting for my wife to recover from an operation, and we will be off.
Take care,
ATB.

Can second Boabys recommendation for Broadway CC site, 10 minutes from A/S factory, hope you get it all sorted.
