AS Badges
Our 2 year old Auto Sleeper Warwick Duo has oval metallic looking badges with a black "AS" logo".
I noticed today that an "A" and an "S" had disappeared so I checked the other badges and found that the black letters just flicked out.
Only held in place by imagination. It may be worth checking your badges and using some superglue if necessary.

Re: AS Badges
Hi Pete, it is likely they were ASOC badges if they were metal/enamel we have only had plastic stickers and the later non adhesive types.
I must say there are three of the original ASOF stickers on our van that are weathering well (front, rear and habitation door)

I think Pete means the badges fitted by Auto Sleepers as in this pic just above the rear wheel

Yes I have same problem with my 2013 Symbol. The black comes out of middle, sticking back on doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions?

Same problem
This has happened on my 2013 Warwick, my dealer Spinney are replacing them under warranty. Hope the new ones will be better, must have been an iffy batch?

Re: AS Badges
They seemed to hit a certain age and then started to drop out (letters that is) complete or in bits - they shouldn't but........555rmb wrote:Yes I have same problem with my 2013 Symbol. The black comes out of middle, sticking back on doesn't seem to work. Any suggestions?
Some of the badges are suck to the graphics so complete replacement may disturb that and instigate more problems.
If you have the letter or bit you can glue it back in but the recess in the badge will need some work to create a flat rough surface to glue too (lack of being the cause of the problem in the first place) or they will be straight out first time washed.
You could infill with black hamerite or model enamel after carefully masking.
I have a bag with the remaining letter bits in my glove compartment to pass on if I see the odd one missing on a neighbouring van and (with management approval) have 100% silver badges that will require no further maintenance.

Re: AS Badges
After about two days of having the van, we actually took ours off as my other half thought they looked a bit cheapo, also the 'Stratford' letters on the bonnet and back doors came off as well.
It just looks a bit less 'in your face'
