Another new owner
Hello everyone, I have just bought a 1993 Autosleeper Rapport based on a Renault Trafic van. I upgraded?? from a 1995 Mazda Bongo with Auto gearbox, power steering, electric mirrors, central locking and a 2.5 diesel turbocharged engine. I now have a van with none of those things but I do have a larger bed, swivel chair, central heating, side awning and an on board water tank.
The heater does not work, hopefully the valve. The war temp stay permanently 'mid range even when hot.
I drove a Trafic in the 90's and it was not as sluggish as this one which has the 1721cc engine. It has only done 3000 miles in the last 2 years so hopefully a good service and 'Tune up' will help.

Thanks for welcome
Thanks everybody for your welcome. The weather here is much the same as Norfolk. Cold and blustery with occasional snow flurry's. Just going to stick my head under the bonnet and see if I can find the heater valve.

Welcome
Welcome to the forum. I spoke to another engineer in Fife this morning and you seem to be having much better weather than down here.
