Had similar with them last oct/nov thats why i went with silver screens.

They may be attending the Spring Caravan & Camping Show at the Birmingham NEC from 19th – 24th February which could explain why no response.

Not tried Taylormade but I rang Silverscreen on Tuesday, got the answer machine (12:00) saying they were on lunch. They rang back at 13:00, I ordered a screen and it was delivered the following afternoon.

Now that is service.
