Looks interesting Paul, thanks.
They also have a carpet runner - http://www.aldi.co.uk/uk/html/offers/special_buys3_28926.htm. Was going to buy a piece of carpet and do my own but this looks ideal.

Says "not found" shrugg
Todds had some 6 foot runners the last time we were there, I think they were around a fiver each (praps less?).
We bought two to cover the fitted carpet, front to back.

Aldi from Thursday 31st Empty Look what we Found

Post by Ann B Thu Jan 31, 2013 11:40 am

Just been to buy my runners, now all I have to do is trim to size.

Aldi also have some of the new 'Look What We found' range of pouched food but only the meatballs.

I know someone on another forum gave these a good review and you can buy them in Sainsbury's and Waitrose. The Sainsbury's ones are £1.99 but Aldi have them for £1.29 - bought a pack to give them a try-out as emergency rations.

All British beef. Not that horse-meat balls would have bothered me much. it's the cheating of selling it as beef or pork that is the issue.
