TaylorMade Screens
Hi all,
we have just received our TaylorMade screen cover for our Nuevo 11 ( long type, covers vents ). £130.00.
I am really impressed, this appears to be a very well made product, and it fitted perfectly.
I would recommend this product.

Agree they are well made, not keen on the thin strap that goes under the door mirrors though and think they would be a lot better if the sides were made slightly longer so you had more material around the mirrors to get a more snug fit.... Did email Taylormade with this suggestion but got no response

Re-Taylormade screens
Hi Mike and CC
I have put bungie cords around each wing mirror and put a third one across the windscreen, this holds the screen in place during the very high winds we have on the coast.

Re: TaylorMade Screens
Hi, yes, I agree good points. Might do the bungee thing, 'cos the wind howls down my drive! If they had made the sides longer, might the wind be able to lift the edges? At least with the velcro straps being tight under the mirrors, it holds the sides down.
Good stuff though.
Mike.

Re: TaylorMade Screens
We don't have any problems with the wind blowing ours up luckilly, but we do use the magnets on the cab door sides though. I also ensure when I fit them they are quite tight so by the time I do up the Velcro straps around the mirrors everything is pulled up tightly. Have never used the straps Taylormade provide with the covers as dont seem to need them.
Walking around the site where we are currently staying in York i have seen quite a few of the Taylormade extra long covers and they are all loose fitting around the mirrors! It's well below freezing outside and the covers are so frozen they are as stiff as a board lovely and warm inside though at +22 We woke to a winter wonderland this morning, really enjoying it.... But glad we have the screen covers fitted as a few here don't!

Re: TaylorMade Screens
I got ours (made by Silver products) secondhand and paid a bargain 30 squids for it. Must be rated as one of my best buys ever. Really high quality and simply slip on with Velcro under the mirrors. Pull down mid section as well. Never flap around and keeps the condensation away from the windscreen so they must be doing some good. Never go away without them. Top quality product........
