Welcome to the forum
We love the Highlands too! been going up there for about 30 years Instead of staying on the campsite at Poolewe take the left turn to Cove just before the village. About 5 miles along here is Firemore Beach where you can wild camp for £2 in the honesty box, or carry on to the end where the artillery emplacements were and camp there.

Hi there,
Welcome from a very cold and foggy Skegness.
Great to see someone who regards early diagnosis and cure as "lucky" rather than "why me?"
Best regards,
