Intro
I wonder if its just me ,or are there other similarly indecisive enthusiasts about.
When i gave up work a while back we exiled ourselve (voluntarily) to Wales, Llyn peninsular
its lovely and dont want to go anywhere else in summer..BUT we thought what about winter ?
and the need to be able to escape Hmmmm so we bought a a great lumbering old Autotrail bus
tried it a few times ,we had had caravans in the past , and it was good but much too big
couldnt get into pubs ,shops , little interesting places etc etc .
So sell the thing and get a caravan brand new , Lovely but we hace hassle getting it down our twisting lane
mainly on the mover , result it doesnt get out as much as it should ,and neither do we.
So ,solution --a medium/small motorhome , which brings me to where I started
The Autosleeper Ravenna arrives next week, not new but tidy and it looks nice.I hope the forum is usefull when it shows its faults.
I hope it will get round the corners on our lane !!
Will it last ? Will it get the use I anticipate ?
Time will tell ,I hope Im not the only one to switch stuff around like this or I will
know that my wife has been right all along.
regards
Geoff.

Hi there,
Welcome from what has been a warm and sunny day on the Costa Blanca.
We love Scotland but decided that when we retired we would only go there when there was no "R" in the month so we can well appreciate your desire to find somewhere warmer and sunnier than Wales for some of the year!
Best regards,
