this will appear stupid to those of you who are masters of techno gibberish.
not being a master of anything, i am hoping someone can prevent me from pulling all my hair out whilst trying to get to grips with the settings mode on my nuevo. its a newish but probably 2023 fiat.
feeling a tad bored i thought i'd check oil level and adblu level . after pushing arrowed buttons for ages ( 20 minutes ) on the settings thingy, i have come away from it before i do some irreparable damage.
no matter what arrow i press i cannot get a sensible answer from the screen!
i realise this is due to my complete lack of understanding the damn thing. hopefully someone can enlighten me as to the working procedure! thanks in advance.
Doug.

Please post photos of your dash (with ignition on), and your steering wheel.  There are a few variations, but if I can see your controls I can help.

Rocky. i would love to send photos, but my phone is obsolete. bit like an instamatic. i have looked on google and seen a similar dash to mine, but i cannot understand the sequence. it is the same as 2022 models with adblu levels and no oil dipstick. watching the google run through, looks simple but i cannot replicate this. thankyou for replying.

Doug,
You have the same as me.

- sit in the vehicle and close the doors
- turn on the ignition but do not start the vehicle
- wait for the mode and battery warnings disappear.
- centre screen should say 0 mph.
- use up button to go up to 3 - oil level
- stay on oil level and go right until you get to adblue.
- go left or right until you get back to oil level (3)
- go up or down until you get back to 1 (0 mph)

The ad blue tank is about 18 litres, and the warning symbol comes on the dash with about 4-5 litres left, so there is no need to panic.

I put 1 litre of oil in my engine, and it took the gauge from about a quarter to nearly full.

Hope that helps. 👍  Let me know if you need anything further.

No problem.

One other little tip.  If you go abroad, with the engine started just press OK (in middle of the 4 arrows on left of steering wheel) and it will toggle between mph and kph.  Need to press every time you start the engine.  It's a really helpful dash!
