Broadway 2010 Habitation Door Lock Problem

Hi
I have an Autosleeper Broadway EL 2010 model and the habitation door lock has become defective. I have been told that it is due to the plastic fitments inside the lock becoming brittle and not securing properly. Autosleeper spare parts tell me they no longer have these parts. Has anyone else got or had the same problem and can help with a solution or where I can access (if necessary) a new lock.

Do you know if your door is a Hartal or Metallarte or neither of those , but take a look at these, you may be able to match.....

I think a 2010 Broadway will have a Dometic Seitz CaraD-Rplus door fitted. This PDF gives the info on the parts.
