Corinium rear wheel removal
What should be a simple job changing the rear tyres for some new continentals was a total pita.
Lack of clearance between tyre and arch stops them from being removed.
Jacked up one side no luck.
Removed tyre valve to let air out, no luck.
Jacked up both sides to see if axle would drop a bit more. This is super sketchy as a lot of weight in the van and jacks are pretty high, so not that stable, helped but still no luck.
The only way was to split the silicone and remove screw from the arch spat extension and peel it away from the body on the front side, then the wheel/tyre can be removed at an ange.
Looks pretty impossible if you were doing it at the roadside.
But now done, just gotta sikaflex the arch back in place.
Next, water pump replacement with a new sureflow.

Do you have rear air assist on your van? I had to extend my air bags on my older Sigma to get enough clearance to remove the rear wheel.
