Makes sense I suppose, especially if using Alko chassis for coachbuilt  scratch head

I came across the VW version of those when I worked on the distribution terminal. The agency drivers were not allowed to drive them to the transports. You needed a driver in each cab and a supervisor watching them whilst they were being moved.
