Sigma EK 2008 lighting Empty Sigma EK 2008 lighting

Hi. Newly bought and strip lights not working . Other above head lights are. Can’t find a switch or see anything on control panel.  Seem to be wired. Any suggestions?? Thank you.

Some vans around that year had lights controlled by remote fob.
