GAS BOTTLES Empty GAS BOTTLES

hello members, my name is Barry Middleton and I have had MOTORHOMES for most of my life. I’ve just purchased an Auto Sleeper Gatcom
Try as I may I cannot remove the gas bottles from the lockers HELP, please quite desperate now.
