Spinney drop AS Empty Spinney drop AS

Apparently fallen out after AS refused to refund cost of van rejected by customer. This was the final straw after a series of service problems. Spinney have been AS dealers since the 80's. How many more will leave the fold before Marquis will have exclusivity.

I think you need to ask them but remember your contract is with the supplying dealer so maybe they will.

I've just taken a (not A/S) dealer to the small claims court so I can give any advice anyone needs on the subject. Not on A/S specifically but just the procedures you have to go through.
