Campsite parting gifts Empty Campsite parting gifts

I’m disappointed to say that in 130 campsites (all but 3 abroad) I have only received two gifts when leaving. How is everyone else doing? Not that it’s especially important but it’s a souvenir. I suppose if everyone did it, it would be less memorable!

I used to get emails from a few sites on my birthday, that was nice but they stopped after 5 years. Also we have his and hers poolside/shower bags from Villanova and it was amusing when someone said Snap in a showerblock elsewhere in Europe - also useful when shopping.  smile!

The only thing we've ever received in touring UK and France for over 30 years now was a bottle of wine when checking out of a site near Carcassonne for being their last customer of the season!
