Battery security Empty Battery security

I have an AS Nuevo with 60 ah battery and upgrading to 100ah. The current tie down does not seem very secure so have bought a cage to lash battery down (base unit and wind down wings). This needs to be screwed / bolted to the floor. Not sure what the floor is made of or whether I can drill hole for bolts. Any ideas?
