capacitor Empty capacitor

Hello, could somebody help please, I thought a saw somewhere on here about the part number for the  start/run capacitor part number being changed from 242271. but I can't find it.  This part under this number is not available. the fans aren't  kicking in on turn on. any help would be welcome, thank you
