Walk away, several reports of major delays and worse from others trying to replace skylights, try using search facility

If they are the 400 x 400 ones you should be able to get these quite easily , I think at the moment the larger ones are harder to source, try and get the seller to replace before buying but also look on the roof to see what other damage is there

The 700x500 roof vent made by Remis was the problem for us when we needed a replacement dome, and took almost a year to come from Germany. AS no longer fit Remis roof vents, possibly because of supply chain difficulties, and now use Dometic vents.

Dometic do 700x500 vents (that the size, in mm, of the hole cut in the roof to accommodate it). As Chris says, 400x400 are generally readily available, as are the MPK vents (usually 280x280) that AS tend to fit in the shower room.  The MPK vents are prone to failure of the lifting handle/catch assemblies, spares for which are also readily available.
