Self serving politicians

Read in several sources that our local Westminster MP, Dave Doogan, SNP has been found, along with several English MPs to have claimed back money paid for fines as parliamentary expenses. I have sent a strongly worded email this morning to said MP pointing out that fine is imposed on individual for a misdemeanor,  payment of fine implies acceptance of guilt for misdemeanor,  to then expect public to cover cost of said fine is morally wrong and doesn't present a good look for local electorate.

Realise my email will make no difference but it was that or kick the cat...and we don't have a cat
