downlighters not working burford duo

Hope someone can help. All the downlighters in the motorhome please themselves as to when they come on. Sometimes when i power up the 12 volt system they will work most of the time they don't. Sometimes by repeatedly turning the 12 volt controller on and off they burst into life. Whilst on I press the off relative lighting button on the controller they go off but if I press the button again...nothing. I sent the control panel to sargent who replaced it but the problem still remains. If anyone could advise or especially if anyone has a wiring diagram I might be able to fit a permanent feed to the relative lighting circuit. Thank you for reading
