Damage

Hi to everyone 
Have a broadway eb. Which has developed  a major problem.   A stress  fracture  from the bottom  of bathroom  window  to top of fridge vent. Have been told it will need complete  new side. It will be done under warranty  at autosleepers  office where they  make them.has anybody  had this problem.? How  long did it take to repair ? How long could you expect  to wait  for autosleeper  to take it to start the repair?.been told we will have to drive it to them ourselves.  Any thoughts  on all of this. Thanks  in advance.
