Hyd Self level system

Hi All , Our 2017 Autosleeper Winchcombe came with a E&P Hyd self level system installed , all great does what its meant to do etc , but has developed a bit of a fault it will not self level , have to do manually , not a major drama , have contacted E&P asking for advice but no response ?? any one had dealing with this company ?

Quite a lot of people, caravanners as well, use E&P. I’ve not heard any complaints about them.

Had reply from E&P Hydraulics Technical team , looks like a calibration issue , they have sent me details how to re calibrate
