New here

Hi just saying hi. From Ashton-under-lyne new to motorhomes just bought a nice 2002 Nuevo Ek and discovering things to fix so lots of questions I'm afraid. I have had a caravan 6 years so do know a bit if I can help.

Hi Roy, welcome to the forum.  I bought my old Moto Guzzi in Ashton -under-Lyne many. many moons ago (1984 I think it was)

HI. It's changed a bit since then and unfortunately for the worst.

Love Saddleworth do a lot of walking up there Dovestones especially but only during the weekas its hammered at weekend. Love upermill for a little pub trip as well

Uppermill is not  as it was  when the mills were still running. My grandfather used to take me to see Dovestones being built. To see the village as a tourist attraction seems quite strange but if you know were to look it still has its character. 
Whit Friday and the band contest used to be a good weekend if only for the antics in the pubs. For the size of the place it had almost had a pub per mill so a pub crawl didnt involve a lot of staggering.
