I bought one of the 3.5 litre George air cookers last October to replace the smelly power hungry deep fat fryer on our boat. My wife said it was a gimmick. Since she tried it out a few times she has bought three more, including one for the Moho. It lives in the deep drawer in the Kingham. Most meals are cooked at least in part in the air cooker and our normal ovens are seldom used now.
Apart from energy economy a big advantage in a small space is the big reduction in water released into the atmosphere if you are not burning gas.
