Hi charging
HiI have had my emu plugged in and it has fully charged my leisure battery. However my vehicle
Le battery is flat….will the egg charge thus, it I know what switch to set?………the manual seems to say my battery is under the floor on driver side……. Looks complicated to jump start, as there is no battery under the bonnet….any ideas?

Re: Hi charging
If on EHU switch to Vehicle battery on Control Panel will charge VB.
To jump start, their are +ve and -ve points under the bonnet for the purpose See the MB manual.

Jump points are in engine bay. (I think perhaps you should read your post before sending, some of it makes no sense. )

I did enjoy the concept of an emu egg charging the battery - that's a certainly new one on me!

Charging
Very clever, with the charging point in the engine bay. I wondered many times how, in the event of a flat battery, i would jump start it. So all good and purchased a snazzy jump starter ( has its own charge) in a box with leads. Great bit of kit for that moment that might happen.
Also (Jump start points)very handy for charging the battery when the m/h is in storage with no hook up.
I have a couple of Solar chargers (power pack). connect one of them to a charger and connect that to the jump points in the engine bay. Plenty of room under the bonnet for the power pack. Gently close the bonnet and return next day.
Battery fully charged.
