The Melton Constable pub as well. If you stand on Rocky Island and look north towards Blyth you will be seeing the place where I last entered the North Sea at the age on 17 following a trip to the Isle of Man and discovering that it wasn't necessary to freeze while swimming in the sea.

Re: Old Hartley
Never been there. Did you overtake me on the A1 at lunchtime today and end up behind a slow moving tanker If so, you might have said hello

Re: Old Hartley
I might well have done, I did overtake a Neuvo getting near to the border I think. Stopped in the laybye at the border for sandwich and a cuppa. Much better progress after that.
I did comment to management that I thought the tanker was early for his delivery slot and would rather drive at 45 than have sit and wait at destination

Re: Old Hartley
Yes that was us, I saw you pull in. We were early too so I decided to just sit behind the manky tanker . We got to Berwick at 13.01 to find at least 5 outfits ahead of us. The warden gave each of us a map, told us to find a pitch and come back in an hour to settle up
