Nice to meet you all (so to speak  wave)

We just purchased a Winchcombe from BC Motorhomes in Ayr. It is a lovely van I must say and very nice to drive compared to our old Bessacarr. One or two teething issues which need to be sorted but this is to be expected I suppose on a 4 year old van.

Based in Telford so Wales is not too far away for long weekends. Looking forward to the summer months away in the new van.

Welcome.
How's the price of cod and chips up your way.
Just read the news headlines, £12 just for cod in coastal welsh sea side places..
You'll soon get your little van niggles sorted here.

Just paid £8 for fish & chips in Barmouth. Thoroughly recommend Lynn Peninsula for beautiful coast just avoid Abersoch (now the go to place for footballers and the Cheshire set). Also recommend  Barmouth for great beach and cafes and traditional seaside gift shops

Welcome Ardcomp . Can I ask why you bought from a dealer so far from home

Hi Paulmold,

We looked at the Winchcombes and they are few and far for a relatively new one with the newer rear panel. Only three in the country and one was in Ayr with more accessories than the others so we took a weekend up there and brought it. They delivered free of charge as well and took our old van as PX.

Yes too the Lynn (great place) and yes to Barmouth (but it has been a few years since we have been there)
Coast walk round the Lynn is very good if a little up and down.
