FRESH WATER FILL AIRLOCK
Afternoon, we have a 2010 Warwick, last time we were away, the fresh water was getting low, so decided to fill with a funnel (couldn't be bothered driving to the tap) found that the water would start pouring back out of the inlet as if the tank was full.
So got off my bum and drove to a tap, with a hose forcing water down the water inlet, it filled easy...
my question is, does the fresh water tank have a over flow so the air can get out when filling? And if so, can I get to it..
wondering if it's blocked and that's way it won't fill from a funnel..
cheers steve

Re: FRESH WATER FILL AIRLOCK
Yes there is an overflow (I don’t know where it is)but it is only small as when full using hose it will trickle out underneath and fill tube will spill.
If filling with hose and you see water trickling from under van when full breather cannot be blocked. It maybe the case that when using funnel the fill tube entrance is sealed and therefore cannot go down quick enough.
Just a thought.

Re: FRESH WATER FILL AIRLOCK
I think you simply blocked the filler with the funnel. I always fill at home with a Jerry can with spout, if I push the spout in too far and block the filler hole I get the same symptoms as you.
