I think Autosleeper have priced themselves out of the market with the Air. For that money your can get a new California.

I agree, £60k on the Transit doesn’t work for me….. although saying that the California would be even more daft money once you start adding a few extras on!!!

Don't forget that as the California is actually built by VW and not by a converter, the 1st year road tax is £1345 + £490 per year. I guess that also would apply to the Transit Nugget. (I don't understand the system either).
Edit, Transit Nugget Auto even worse at £1920 first year.

I got an offer from a VW dealer for a decent kitted California (Customer Cancellation) for £52k. Never buy one for list price if you have the cash up front.

Guess who else is launching their first campervan, also on the Transit with raising roof, this month? Be interesting to compare the Swift Monza, watch for the launch.

I thought the Air looked good. It oozed A/S quality and maybe it is pricey but let’s see how many they sell

At the moment I expect manufacturers will charge whatever they feel they can get away with, given the increased demand, and supply shortages.

First impressions, without investigating too deep, I prefer the Swift.
